2020 Polar Plunge March 21
The Vodec Vikings need your support! Our team is looking forward to the 2020 Polar Plunge Saturday, March 21, at the Lake Manawa Yacht Club in Council Bluffs. Proceeds from the event support the more than 16,000 Special Olympics Athletes and unified partners in the State of Iowa. Jade Donovan, Vodec’s Residential Services Manager in Council Bluffs, is the captain of our 2020 Polar Plunge Team, which is 11 members strong to date. Mark Your Calendars for Omaha Gives! 2020
Hundreds of nonprofits in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro will partner with the Omaha Community Foundation to celebrate Omaha Gives! 2020 Wednesday, May 20. The annual online fundraising event has raised more than $49 million for local nonprofits since 2013 through more than 300,000 donations. This year, funds raised for Vodec through Omaha Gives! will be earmarked for special consumer events in all three Vodec locations. Watch the next issue of THE VOICE for details!
